Hey Y'all I've got the ftape info files installed in /usr/info, but thay don't show up in the info dir file. I was jus gonna stick 'em in there but the file says "auto-configured by SuSE. do not edit" SO I was wondering how i can add things to the auto-config of my info dir. -- yours, Andy -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e

Hi! As far as I know, and I presume you didn't install ftape with yast!, you have to run mkinfodir, and thats all. yast runs it itself when info-dir was changed. and puts this message in, auto-conf..... You could probalby run yast and do some changes that aren't real changes, so that it call suseconfig and it will execute mkinfodir. arnulf -- know my poetry? - c...k -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
