You are probably better off going to the Novell or OpenSuSE site, but in a capsule: There are 2 Enterprise offerings: SuSE Enterprise Server (SLES10) and SuSE Enterprise Desktop SLED10). As mentioned, the enterprise editions come with support and additional stability. While there are updates, the release cycle is slower (I believe 2 years). SLES10 and SLED10 have many features from SuSE 10.1.
In contrast, SuSE 10, 10.1, 10.2, ... are designed to be more state of the
art or cutting edge, but have very little support other than this and
related listservs. In part, these releases are somewhat beta releases for
the enterprise.
Both the OpenSuSE releases and the enterprise releases use essentially the
same code base.
