Lately, there seem to be a lot of problems with the updates. Normally, I just let the Software Updates run and all is fine. But lately, it seems almost every time there are problems, which require I go into Yast > Software Updates, to find the problem package(s) and choose the fix needed to proceed. This is something that used to be rare, but is now commonplace. Here's one example: Update Error the to be installed gtk3-branding-openSUSE-15.0-lp154.2.2.1.noarch requires 'libgtk-3-0 = 3.24.31', but this requirement cannot be provided

As far as I know, I have no way to choose a mirror for the automatic updates.
which does not mean that the mirror is up-to-date. and I don't know how you would designate a mirror using yast, but you can with zipper. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet oftc

This specific issue should be solved now. Not seeing "many errors" though, we have occasionally issues but not many. Ciao, Marcus
