Hello Ron I also tried sylpheed, but claws is a branch of it. If you search sylpheed through freshmeat.net, you'll see the main and claws branch. Claws contains a number of experimental features which may, or may not be merged back to the main branch. So, it might be slightly less stable, but a lot more functional than the main branch. I mainly wanted to try it because I use GPG. All my friends use PGP on windows, in ascii-armoured format. Sylpheed only supports the newer PGP/mime, while claws handles both. Kind regards Guy

Has anyone been able to get sylpheed claws (this is a power-version of sylpheed) to work?
I'm running Sylpheed (original version). The only thing is, this is a Slackware box and not my Suse box, which probably makes this post irrelevant, eh?
Sylpheed IS very nice though. Where's this Claws version? Maybe I'll give it a whirl once my Suse box is reinstalled (sometime today)...
