[opensuse] Empty LibreOffice 3.6 repo
Hello: I wanted to give a try to LibreOffice 3.6. There is an openSUSE repo for it with .repo file and repodata files but no packages. Is it on purpose or only an error? Thanks, Istvan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I don't see 3.6 in the Opensuse Build service Libreoffice yet - it's still 3.5 something. -- Bob Smits <bob@rsmits.ca> "Microsoft is not the answer. Microsoft is the question. I am using packages from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/Unstable/ on openSuSE 12.2 RC2. They work fine Francesco On Fri, Aug 10, 2012 at 9:29 PM, Robert Smits <bob@rsmits.ca> wrote:

Please, find the LO-3.6 packages from the LibreOffice:Unstable project repositories at http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/Unstable/ Note that it is just initial version and the packages might include some ugly bugs, see also http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/3.6#Most_annoying_bugs More details about the 3.6 repo: I started to package LO-3.6 in the LibreOffice:3.6 project because LibreOffice:Unstable was devel project for openSUSE:Factory. I needed to leave LO-3.5 there for openSUSE-12.2 release. In the end, I found another solution. I created new devel project LibreOffice:Factory, moved LO-3.6 into the LibreOffice:Unstable project and removed the obsolete LibreOffice:3.6 project. I have done it long time ago. I am not sure why the the empty repo is still there :-) Best Regards, Petr -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Hello: I have installed LO 3.6 from the abovementioned repo (oS 12.1). Now when I want to use help (Help->Libre Office Help, or pressing F1) the program starts my web browser and navigates to LO help site. It never happened to me previously, I always could use LO's own installed help system (offline help). By googling I found that this happens if the help-files corresponding to the user interface language set are not available. Therefore I tried to install US English help package but it is not available in the repo. The language set in my LO is "Default - English (USA)" for all "user interface", "locale setting", and "default languages for document" options. How could I use offline help system as before?
