[opensuse] beagle question
All, OpenSuse 11.1 with factory KDE 4.2 I want to try and work with Beagle. I have the basic default config setup (less running while my laptop is on battery). Sometimes when I'm on the web via firefox I see message at the bottom of the firefox window that beagle is indexing the page I'm looking at. Possible that is only happening with gmail. (I have not paid much attention to which pages are being indexed.) How do I continue to let beagle index my /home directory, but not websites out on the web. The easiest for you might be to disable the beagle add-on in firefox (Tools-AddOns, Beagle Indexer disable). Dominique -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Thanks, Easily done. If you're part of the dev team, it would be nice to have the beagle config page at least have a footnote about firefox. Just have a look at the "foot" of the firefox window: there is a small dog there. Just right click on it >;-) - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
