A Samba question about Win2000
Dear All, I have a SuSE 7.2 box running as a file sharing Server. All Win9X machines of the network currently loggon the Linux box and a small logon.bat executes some drive loggons. One of those stations upgraded over the weekend to Win2000 and to my surprise it cannot loggon. I have added the machine account to the smbpasswd file, I have also made all possible adjustments as I have read through various articles posted on the internet but still nothing!!! I have double and triple checked all necessary steps and still I am unable to get the Win2000 machine to connect to the network. Can someone please tell me if there is some bug in the version of Samba that is supplied with SuSE 7.2 with regards to Win2000?? Thanx folks! Chris
