They're not the same thing. The GPL requires the SLES 10's sources be published.

Obviously you can't or didn't read one of the previous messages. SLES10 is based on SUSE 10.1. Therefore, the source rpms would be located in the suse/10.1/src directory. I just looked up the package names on SLES10, and gosh, they seem to be the same as the packages in 10.1.
