He's asking for the sources for SUSE ENTERPRISE 10! Not OpenSUSE 10.1. SUSE ENTERPRISE 10! They're not the same thing. The GPL requires the SLES 10's sources be published.

Obviously you can't or didn't read one of the previous messages. SLES10 is based on SUSE 10.1. Therefore, the source rpms would be located in the suse/10.1/src directory. I just looked up the package names on SLES10, and gosh, they seem to be the same as the packages in 10.1. I must be missing something. -- Powered by SuSE 10.0 Kernel 2.6.13 KDE 3.4 Kmail 1.8 For Mondo/Mindi backup support go to http://www.mikenjane.net/~mike 5:36pm up 7 days 22:04, 5 users, load average: 2.39, 2.43, 2.70

by this you mean that SUSE Linux 10.1 and SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 are identical? I won't disagree much, *but* they are not exactly the same. Etherway, i just found ftp://forgeftp.novell.com/sledsource/SLED-10-i386-srpms/ which is more or less what i had been looking for... now if could find the srpms for updated packages.... -- pprok

They are distributed along with the binaries. When you download them there is a checkbox for source package which you can select

I must be blind, although i admit that i am not that familiar with suse common practices. Could you please give me more instructions on how to find that checkbox? -- pprok
