Surely this is just following what you have set as your $EDITOR ? For me a shell script as an attachment in Kmail is offered with the option of opening it in vim. Graham -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Add that info to the bug so it doesn't get closed on the grounds of being just a wrong user setting. Also, I commented that the bug could be made more generic and copy the Mozilla applications' behaviour. Thank you for bringing this up, it is a potential for a real improvement in KDE usability. -- Dotan Cohen http://what-is-what.com http://gibberish.co.il -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I'm gathering that he's using vim as his. Maybe it defaults to Emacs if nothing is set in $EDITOR? -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
