[opensuse] software manager package groups in 11.1
Hello: In SUSE 9.x and openSUSE 10.x in software manager -> package groups there were subgroups. Eg. under games there were 3D games, games for kids, etc. subgroups. There was also a documentation group, also with subgroups. These are gone in 11.1 package manager. Is this only a temporary stage in package manager development or will be left like this in the future? It was much easier to find packages in earlier versions. Thanks, Istvan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

In 11.2 old style of package groups is back as RPM groups. So, that was 11.1 special, to have only new style of Package Groups. -- Regards, Rajko http://news.opensuse.org/category/people-of-opensuse/ -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
