Re: [opensuse] Switching from 9.3 to 10.2

Hi:
I just switched from 9.3 to 10.2. Everything seemed to go fairly well. However, when recompiling a C++ project I'm working on, I get the following error:
error: converting to execution character set: Invalid or incomplete multibyte or wide character
I had not seen this error before. A google search did not help. Could
somebody point me to a direction where I can find information?
Just a guess, but might be a Language problem... have a look at: http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/misc/891-invalid-incomplete-multibyte-wide-... Maybe it helps you a little bit. I tried swtching my developing environment (I'm using CodeForge) to take LANG=es_ES but still have the same problem. Thank you. -- Alfredo J. Cole-Tuckler -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

What about move your source file from one coding to antoher? In such case "man recode" should do the job.
