[S.u.S.E. Linux] ssh
Hi! I wonder why ssh was not included in 5.2, as it was in 5.1, because I found it very useful, and I think many others did. The english version doesn't contain ssh, pgp or other crypto software, because we are exporting from our US office to the whole world and it is illegal to export crypto software from the USA.

Oh ... yes. Crypto kills ... :-( Anyway, would there be a way for your costomers who use the english version (i.e. not me) to find a few .rpms somewhere on a server outside the US? IIRC importing crypto is no problem, but IANAL (I am not a lawyer). -Wolfgang -- PGP 2 welcome: Mail me, subject "send PGP-key". If you've nothing at all to hide, you must be boring. Wuld it be possible to make a crypto tar ball so that it would be as easy as possible to download the missing bits from non US sites? I would be happy to carry it on www.deluxe-tech.co.uk for one. -- mhouston@mh01.demon.co.uk Linux/Unix Consultant A Storm is coming.... If I had any Microsoft Stock And its name is Linux!
