Hello, Mac. I have a Cybex 4-port KVM switch which works reasonably well. They also make a 2-port model which is cheaper. Other than that, the cheapest alternative I can think of is VNC, which is free. This allows you to remotely control another PC, and it actually works very well. I was recently able to tap into my home PC from half way around the world to check my mail. Not bad with a 48800bps connection. You can get it here: http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/ It also has the advantage that it is multi-platform, i.e. you can remotely control a Win/Mac/Unix/Linux machine from any other Win/Mac/Unix/Linux machine. It also works with a web browser if you leave the client piece behind. It is also very small, so it doesn't require much in the way of resources. Hope this helps, Stuart.

Can somebody direct me to a "how-to" use just one monitor for 2 Linux boxes (on a LAN)? I have considered the hardware solution before by using one of those data switches but they're terribly expensive ($150+).
