RE: [opensuse] Ahain a new version of makeSUSEdvd
Excuse me if my question is stupid, but 4 days ago when I was downloading beta3 from torrent (mirrors was too slow), I was asking myself if it was possible to add opensuse mirrors to torrent. If we could add mirrors to torrent, or similar protocol it would be fantastic. -----Original Message----- From: JBScout [Thomas Lodewick] [mailto:jbscout_opsubeta@libitum.de] Sent: mercoledì 31 agosto 2005 14.03 To: opensuse@opensuse.org Subject: Re: [opensuse] Ahain a new version of makeSUSEdvd Robert Schiele schrieb:

I could place it to my test directory if you like but why not upload to the Jigdo page to the Wiki?
Robert
I would pref. the "save place" at your test directory, because at the wiki *everyone* could easy delete it and post a file fith virus or trojaner or anything else. not that I'm paranoit - just to be on a secure side. sorry, thats not the way BitTorrent works. you just can get a better downlaod speed if there are more people who are sharing the things they already have. these people are the "mirrors", if you like to see that from that point. JBScout
