Segmentation Violation at boot
Hello! I get a segmentation violation 0xffffe420 at boot. It appears that the video card is causing the problem. I get the same thing with any linux distro. How can I get Linux to works on my computer? Matt

Hi Matt, Please don't cross-post between the SLE and opensuse lists. SLE focuses primarily on issues like this one whereas opensuse is focuses more on the development side of things. Also, particularly when you're inquiring about hardware problems it's a really good idea to tell people what version of SUSE you're installing/running and what hardware is involved... mainboard make/model, cpu type, make/model of graphics card would be helpful. regards, Carl
