KDE2 was running fine. Installed samba server, kde2 crashed (coincidence?!). Run startx kde2 --:0 the server begins to startup get to splash screen and then dies. Go back into kde and try to run kmail2 and get the following error: ERROR: KUniqueApplication: Trying to launch kdeinit. ERROR: KUniqueApplication: Can't setup DCOP communication. What got screwed up? Mike
