Run netstat -pl and see what you have listening for ftp (since inetd-ftp isn't getting 21?) Not sure, but I'm getting it too. It may just be a startup message from that particular module (something to do with IP connection tracking I'd guess, whatever that is, sounds like part of the firewall/packet filter support?).

I'm getting that as well. I think major device 116 is the sound driver, so something is trying to modprobe in a module that is connected with sound but where the aliases in modules.conf don't quite tie up. I'm having all sorts of problems with sound configuration, so if I manage to get to the bottom of this I'll let you know! (Does it complain when you fire up gmix, or some other audio related app?)
