You have to tell LILO that there is also a Windos that you may want to boot. There are two ways to do this: either configure LILO with YaST (there is a menu somewhere in YaST to do this but I'm not at my Linux box now), or edit the LILO configuration file /etc/lilo.conf and re-run /sbin/lilo. For help on lilo do a 'man lilo' (I think there is also a 'man lilo.conf') or read the manual that came with your SuSE distro. Also make sure you have a boot floppy available (create it with YaST) so that you can always reboot Linux from floppy in case you messed up LILO.
