Have a laptop with Suse 10.0 running samba server. I share /media/SEAGATE which is a usb drive. I also run WinXP on the same machine using Parallels Hypervisor. (This is a workaround until they get the USB problem fixed). The share is enabled and inherit acls is yes. I can access the /media/SEAGATE share with WinXP, no problem. I go to my desktop machine, also Suse 10.0, I can see my home directory, etc, but the /media/SEAGATE share does not even show up. Go back to my laptop and try looking at the smb shares with Konqueror, it still does not show the /media/SEAGATE share. Any suggestions on why this is? Art
