The answer depends on what you are really looking for. Why are you looking at the '/source/' directory? Aaah, but of course. How silly of me to have asked that Q, after all you went to school and actually learnt how to code and produce meaningful programs so getting the source code is a normal thing to do :-) . Eurgh! That's a squirly little maze of passages all alike. Maybe https://download.opensuse.org/update/leap/42.3/oss//src/ At least it has some 2018 dates on some of the files. I searched for an RPM (firefox) at https://software.opensuse.org/, copied the source link, stripped the rpm name et voila. I don't know what the official way is. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Yep! found what I was looking for. Thanks - I would never have thought to go that way.

Yes, I wonder too. well, I don't need it very often. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (-1.8°C) http://www.hostsuisse.com/ - dedicated server rental in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Try "zypper {in|se} -t srcpackage <package_name>".
Thanks, that could be useful - I normally don't need to install, I just use download, then rpm2pcio and then I go look for what I need. -- Per Jessen, Zürich (-1.4°C) http://www.cloudsuisse.com/ - your owncloud, hosted in Switzerland. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
