[opensuse] What process to load to get your gnome appearance preferences for smaller desktops??
Listmates, gnome/gtk gurus: In many of the smaller desktops when I run gnome-appearance-properties, immediately all the open windows switch to my gnome theme -- which is what I want. My question is: "what process to I have to load in the init script for the desktop/wm to have the theme load automatically?" Something like gnome setting daemon?? From looking at the difference from running processes, it looks like the right candidate: /usr/lib/gnome-settings-daemon/gnome-settings-daemon Just loading it -- Is that the right way to it? -- David C.
