I have been making changes to X with SAX2 and after setting resolution and 3D for NVIDIA Geforce2 MX400 the system boots to LILO menu and when you make your selection "Linux" or "Boot Installed System" it boots all the way to the grey X login screem BUT the mouse and KB are hung or frozen.

I know how to boot to the "Rescue System" option, but what do i do next? Can I invoke anything that will let me re-run SAX2?

Is there a LILO parameter that I can add at boot time that will take me to a text console of the hosed system, NOT the test console of the "Rescue Sys"?

just type a 3 while ene countdown bars are going - that'll give you a console login. Lon on as root and you can run sax2 from there
