[opensuse] winecfg unreadalbe after compiz
I have opensuse 10.3. After many attempts I finally was able to get compiz fusion to work properly. Before this I could invoke winecfg with no problem. After the installation, winecfg is now unreadable. It seems that the window has shrunk to about 1/4 the size making all the fonts unreadable. I tried to disable compiz as suggested but winecfg is still too small to use. Any suggestions will be appreciated. -- Joseph Loo jloo@acm.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

What version of Compiz? Do you have Fusion Plugins? What Desktop Enviroment are you running? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I am running Cpmpiz .6.2.1 with the Fusion Plugin under gnome. I just upgraded to wine 0.9.47-11.2. That seemed to have fixed the problem. -- Joseph Loo jloo@acm.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I am trying to install Evolution 2.12.1 from source, but the configure script can't find my gnome-doc-utils package. It is installed in /opt/gnome/share. How do I point pkg-config to this location (or point configure to that location)? Also, where can I find some online documentation/faq for pkg-config? The wiki only contains a limited archive of the mailing list. Thanks. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Thanks.
Steven, Please remember to start a new thread when you are posting messages to the opensuse list. It is obvious that with this post you opened "Re: [opensuse] winecfg unreadalbe after compiz", hit reply and simply changed the subject to post your message. This breaks "threading" for the entire opensuse list. Your message now appears 2-level deep under the "[opensuse] winecfg unreadalbe after compiz" thread. Sorry I can't help with the Evolution problem. -- David C. Rankin, J.D., P.E. Most packages are split into package and package-devel, so regular users don't have to install everything needed to compile things. If you are having problems with a build not finding package foo even when it is installed, odds are what's really missing is foo-devel In this case, make sure you have gnome-doc-utils-devel installed Anders -- Madness takes its toll -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
