Alex do a search on freshmeat, there was a new WYSIWYG HTML Editor in development beta there a week or three ago but I can't remember it's name ( I get the projectlist update mailouts and they adverage a 100 project updates & new a day), then talk to the authors, maybe you can help them while helping yourself.
