YOU (10.0) thinks my sublime Sancerre is vintage vinegar!
Hi, I've updated Wine with a very recent release from the wine web site. Unfortunately YOU thinks that Wine v0.9.14 (May 24, 2006) is older than Wine 20050725-3.2 Gah!!! I've tried setting the package to protected mode within YOU and Software Management. Neither stops the system from thinking there's a newer release. Does anyone know how I stop this from occuring? It's P'ing me off, as it means the SUSE watcher is permanently red, and warns me about new updates everytime I login. Regards -- Steve Boddy

Mark the "Reload all the patches" checkbox once. rm -rf ~/.yast2 as the user running the YOU Watcher Applet. Ciao, Marcus

Thanks Marcus. It's spooky when you get a response practically before you see your own message on the list... -- Steve Boddy
