What's the easiest way of setting "-O6 -mpentium" wile building a new kernel? I'm using egcs compiler for this (which supports these flags). I have a P-233 processor, and I'd really like to see what it can do with the right optimizations. Even setting these within the makefile produces the "-m486" flag. Not harmful, I know, but I'd like better. Thanks John Weekley -- Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from a rigged demo. -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
