Trying above update with the lokal installed oss-13.2-DVD image as only active repository. First try with "zypper -v dup" stop because of a full /var directory. created a /varnew double the size of /var, copied /var /varnew, edited /etc/fstab to point /var to the new partition and rebooted. Second try "zypper -v dup" results in the erro messages listed below. Can I retry and ignore the error? Because this server is behind a proxy and the first contact to the new 15.3 repository servers is very slow. I already updated 5 other servers this way. After the basic update (dup) from the DVD image I enabled the other repositorys again and let the nightly zypper update-script do the rest.

In the working 15.2 environment, plus the files perhaps already installed by the first attempt which ended in "/var 100 pecent full". As the error happens while removing the previous kernel and dracut immediately above the error messages states "Creating image file ..." I assume I could continue. /usr/lib/os-release already contains "15.3" and has a date of 2021-05-24. /boot/init.rd points to initrd-5.3.18-57-default and has a creation date of today, vmlinuz-5.3.18-57-default is from 2021-05-06. Whats missing is a link to vmlinuz-5.3.17-57-default.
