Hello, Actually, I can't get the network up even if I give the NIC a static IP address. When I restart the network I get the following; Setting up network interfaces: eth1 device: Marvell Technology Group LTd.: Unknown device 4351 (rev 10) How can I fix the network? After assigning the NIC a static address, I can ping it, but I can't ping the gateway address or anything else, for that matter. Thanks for your help. James
