According to the OP who uses Tumbleweed, this is only happening for users of SUSE versions, including the SUSE Mozilla repo. Another poster indicated that s/he had corrected the problem by installing directly from the Mozilla site.

I am running 52.8-63.1 which was just updated from 52.8-1.1 where I discovered the problem; the update did not correct it.

Anyone else seeing this problem?  Suggestions?
