I am not able to start Picasa in 10.3. It installed ok, no error messages, it just will not start. Gunnar -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Same here. I installed 10.3 in a vmware to test it out and Picasa will not run, having installed from RPM. From the CLI, I get no error messages. -- kai ponte www.perfectreign.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

There will be a newer Picasa for Linux soon I hope. Ciao, Marcus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

I did the ulimit (which seems to do somethign with memory) and then started picasa from the cli. I got the license agreement - which I didn't before - and then nothing. I didn't originally have a .picasa folder in my home folder. I do now. I went to /opt/picasa/bin to launch it. Still nothing. Maybe like Marcus said, there will be a new version. I'll post a note on the Google groups for Picasa. I doubt this is a SUSE problem but seems to appear with some libraries or whatnot shipped with SUSE. -- kai ponte www.perfectreign.com -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
