Hi all .. .. I've recently upgraded my Toshiba Satellite to SuSE 9.0 - everything is working fine except that the airo driver for my WLAN card (Xircom) keeps producing an oops in the kernel. I also have SuSE 8.2 on my Vaio, which also locks up because of the same bug (although I never knew that was the reason until the Satellite started crashing too) Googling suggests it's a known problem with newer kernels >8-( I'm having to use a netgear card at the moment - and I now have 3 Xircoms which are unusable. D'oh. So .. I was just wondering if anybody else had experienced the same problem and had found a fix. If you have (for 8.2 or 9.0), would you mind sending me your fixed drivers or telling me what you did? Alternatively, I guess this might be a good time to upgrade to 802.11g on all my machines - so can anyone suggest a PCMCIA 11g adapter that works with the minimum of fuss in 8.2 and 9.0?
