[opensuse] puseaudio equalizer and bluetooth headset
Hi there, I installed the pulseaudio equalizer. It gives me a new device named "LADSPA Plugin Multiband EQ on internes Audio Analog Stereo". This makes the EQ work on the standard output which I could connect a standard headphone with 3,5 inch to it. But, I prefer to use my Jabra Halo bluetooth headset (which is a great device by the way). How can I map now the EQ plugin to the bluetooth audio out? How can I make the EQ talk to the bluetooth headphone? Thanx Malte
By the way, when I use the EQ with standard headphones, the audio output just is terrible. The EQ settings don´t show any effect. Audio is louder with the EQ, but drones very much. No nice experience. Any hint on that? Thanx Malte -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
Issue solved. I have used an older EQ, pulseaudio-equalizer-gtk from Packman. But pulseaudio has a builtin EQ. I enabled the module module-equalizer-sink in /etc/pulse/default.pa and now use qpaeq to configure the EQ. When connecting the bluetooth headset the EQ work on it now! Malte
