[SuSE Linux] Changing ICONs in KDE
How does one change an ICON with KDE? I just installed Netscape 4.5 and put a link on the desktop. I would like to change the "gear" to the Netscape ICON provided with KDE. 5.3 was installed 2 weeks ago and I still have a lot to learn but this is a lot more fun than Win . I get the feeling that I'm working with a real operating system again. TIA Henry - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e

Easy, just right click on the gear icon you created on your desktop. Choose Properties, then pick the Execute tab and click on the gear icon. You'll have lots of icons to choose from. - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e

Right click on the icon and go to properties. Look for the section that has the picture of the gear on it. Click on the gear and you get a whole bunch of icons. -- Michael Perry mperry@basin.com ------------------ - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
