[opensuse] lightweight browser
Hi all Normally one looks for browsers that supports all imaginable sorts of features. However these come at a costs. So i was wondering, isn't there a simple browser that has a smaller mem-footprint? Looking at firefox, chromium, konqueror, it seems that they (as a pre-caution) initializes the entire QT/gtk/java environment, just in case. All i needed for, is incase of a hotel/camping hotspot, you need to fill in your credentials in order to get access to the Net. I know about lynx and other text-based browsers, but that is something i can not force to use on my simpleton-coworkers... hans -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I think Rekonq and Epiphany are pretty lightweight. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
