Accessing Windows Programs
Hi All Greetings Any body tried accessing windows programs available on a Windows 2000 based server from SuSE linux 9.0 Desktops? On my 8.2-box i use tsclient together with rdesktop. Works perfectly. Ron.

The tools i use are rdesktop ans tsclient. Tsclient is a graphical shell around rdesktop and has the same look-and-feel as the windows version. These programs are native linux programs. I see both tools are on the 9.0 ftp-download site, so i guess they are available with for installing from the 9.0 CD aswell. If not, you have to download the RPMs from the suse-site. After installation i assume tsclient will be avalable from the SUSE-menu. Ron,

Check to see if have the package rdesktop installed. I use this at work with few problems. Ken
