Hi - Has anyone ever got the qt to java bindings to work. On both SUSE 8.1 and now 9.0 I find I can compile java programs using the qtjava.jar file but the programs will not run. Last time I complained about this the experts on this list told me it was because the libqtjava shared library was compiled with the wrong version of gcc. Shouldn't this have been fixed by now? Best wishes - Ken
Hi again - I thought I'd take the bull by the horns and compile the qt-java bindings myself. I checked out kdebindings from cvs and used Yast to install the complete KDE development environment. Unfortunately, when I try a ./configure on kdebindings I get - checking for kconfig_compiler... not found configure: error: The important program kconfig_compiler was not found! Please check whether you installed KDE correctly. Anyone know how to fix this? Best wishes - Ken On Sunday 02 November 2003 2:29 pm, Kenneth Payne wrote:
