I had this same problem with the fonts. Suse has newer xfree86 RPM's on their ftp site, as well as newer Qt ones. I did run the command. Please note. There are new KDE bits for 3.1.1, and QT 3.1.2. These are not the ones in the XFree86 directory. STH
