I get this error - I ignore it and everything is hunky dory. :) Don't take that as general advice. It happens on my system because I've installed Linux on my Secondary Master hard drive (0x82 - as Mr Muzh says) But I'm installing LILO on my Primary Master. And as I know it will boot from device 0x80 (Primary Master, HDA) then I ignore the message.
