Has anyone else noticed that the 'Search' function which used ht:Dig in KDE Help has disappeared and been replaced by 'Glossary'. Seems like a weird thing to do to me. Anyother way of accessing ht:Dig for searching and indexing info on one's computer? TIA, Jethro
I had the same problem and I simple reinstall it from old package include in cds I'm not remeber all the steps but i think i installed it and deinstalled it then installed it again. Now SuSEHelpcenter works but works bad under kde it shows me a message complainning something about konqueror could not handle the file i did to go to configuration menu and configure again html mime type. The other thing you could do is to access it by going to http://localhost/hilfe/index.html In case you have suse helpcenter installed if not or if you are not sure check it in yast if it seems to be installed but it is not working trying to do what i did above. (just install it again) Good luck. Elton Machado info@ideiasdigitais.co.pt http://www.ideiasdigitais.co.pt PGP KEY # 69EBD43A Portugal *** O tempo pode ser o teu melhor amigo. If you use KDevelop than that can index all the help using either ht:Dig or glimpse. I use glimpse myself and it's working ok I think. Never used it though to be honest... On Tuesday 02 October 2001 10:58 pm, Elton Machado wrote:
