Ah. So not a "camera", but a webcam. Different thing. Thus needs different software.

digiKam does not detect the camera. Neither does Gtkam. What I'm wondering is whether one of the cameras in the lists those apps display will work with the hardware in the webcam. I'm thinking if it would then the app would detect the camera. But nothing except the KDE System Information USB devices detects the camera.
