i just received my new amd 800 system including a geforce2 video board and i was looking over the comments regarding installing xfree4 and the nvidia drivers. so, for a new installation from the 6.4 distribution, my plan is to choose to not install X and mesa. do the 6.4 install. install Xfree4.0.1 rpms from the suse ftp site, then install the nvidia drivers via rpm also. does this make sense? is there a FAQ on this topic anywhere? thanks!
