Good evening from Japan Thank you all very much for the information and instructions. Apparently this has become a very annoying thread and seems to be causing people to fight with each other. It had not been my intention to cause so much trouble. I would like to withdraw my question and ask the list to prehend "it never happened" - if that is possible at all. Since I have many more questions I would like to ask (and possibly get answered), I believe this is the most appropriate thing to do. Thank you. Not really possible. I don't think it was really the question that caused the trouble anyway. Sometimes threads just tend to grow, especially with tangents like posting style or the "UNIX Philosophy" and/or religious wars like CLI v. GUI or vim vs. emacs coming up. No fault of yours, I'm sure.
Since I have many more questions I would like to ask (and possibly get answered), I believe this is the most appropriate thing to do.
