[opensuse] Kudos to the tumbleweed influence on 11.4
All, Whether intended or not, one area where I have noticed great progress in 11.4 is package currency. For the past decade, after the initial release, SuSE/openSUSE always languished several versions behind other distros with regard to package versions available as either updates or through build service. Arch, the first rolling release I tried, absolutely blew me away with current packages where new packages were often available before the upstream public release of a version bump. Tumbleweed appears to have forced a similar currency in openSUSE which is a great benefit to the community. Now whether updating through zypper on openSUSE or pacman on Arch, a majority of the updates are to the upstream version. Excellent job! -- David C.
