Susewatcher on my 8.2 system constantly shows a red icon with a exclamation point. You tells me no new updates are available. My investigation led me to believe susewatcher is checking version 8.1. online_update gives me this information: # online_update -c Product: SuSE-Linux Version: 8.1 Architecture: i386 Language: de Directory: directory.3 Where the online update screen in YaST2 correctly identifies my system as version 8.2. Further i would expect to see english as language. Is this a configuration file presenting wrong information? Does anybody have a clue on how i get susewatcher on the right track? Thanks, Ron.
