It was not "just a little update snafu"!! It's a major thing. It may not mean much to you as a single advanced Linux user, but if you are talking about a company that it trying to break Linux into the enterprise desktop market to replace Windows, it's a major thing. You hear things like that and then you wonder what other little snafu's are on the horizon.
Yes, if I were trying to deploy across several dozen - or hundreds - of systems, that would be a major issue.
I think quite a few manglers have decided to sit back and wait intil SUSE 11 or 12 because of that little update snafu.
...and I wouldn't blame them. -- k
