I've found that PCWorld.com has a killer product search thing that will allow you to search for hard drives (among other things) and then when you find the one you want they'll even show you who has the absolute lowest price. It's how I found my new 60GB hard drive for my desktop, and I'd bet you can find notebook HDs as well.
