Hi Art, YaST2 - system - partitioner lets you resize your partitions. Should be Reiser, of course:-) But I haven't tried this myself yet. Looks self-explaining. Hope it's as easy as it looks :-) Cheers .... Wolfi ============================================= mailto:wolfi_z@gmx.net
Tried that, but it comes up that it cannot resize mounted partition. Art On Mon, 2002-11-18 at 11:02, wolfi wrote:

I resizes my reiserfs partition just a few weeks ago. The man page (http://www.namesys.com/resize_reiserfs.html) specifically says that you cannot resize a mounted partition. IIRC, I booted up the SuSE CD into rescue mode and used the resize_reiserfs from there. Make sure you backup your data before attempting this though... Hmm, what happens if you try to boot from CD, boot installed system, and then try to unmount the partitions? Is this possible? Cheers .... Wolfi ============================================= mailto:wolfi_z@gmx.net
