I guess I should have mentioned that I am running 2.2.21-99 (Had problems with nvnet when I went to 202), the archives I looked at didn't have any 2.6 kernel stuff. I got the archives from CD 1 of the 9.0 set. The doc's I found lead me to believe I need the .o file, but it isn't on my system... Thanks.. I tried to build the i2c-lm_sensors with alot of errors ( According to the lm_sensor webpage, I'd have to go through all of their code and replace HZ w/ 100) However before it died it did create an i2c-nforce.o file. Looking through the man pages on sensor & sensors.conf are beyond me at this point. One other thing may be a problem I made the i2c-nforce.o w/ 2.8.5 and the sensors installed is 2.8.0-108, the web site only mentions that there was a change w/ 2.8.XX so this may not be to much a problem. Running sensors-detect does not find the i2c-nforce.o when place in /lib/modules/2.4.21-99-athlon/kernel/drivers/i2c/, If someone could tell me where it could go for sensors-detect to find it I would apprecite it.
