I just made the switch to SuSE 7.3 from Redhat 7.x, and one of the big deals that I have is that I have to update cups to 1.1.14 as I need it for my Epson C80 printer. Under RH I had it running fine, and I was able to compile it from source, but during the compile last night gcc had a fit with some of the code and bombed out. For RH I have found that it is easy to upgrade as rpms are so easy to come by, but under SuSE it seems harder. Where, or what versions of rpms do you use for updating your system? -- Rob Blomquist Kirkland, WA
