[opensuse] Which mono?
On an openSUSE 11.1 system, I have mono installed from the 11.1 update directory (e.g., mono-core 2.0.1-1.21.1). I have added the OBS Mono 2.6 repository. However, it does not seem to want to update to this. In YaST, in the "Installed (Available)" column, I only see the installed 2.0.1-1.21.1. No ('available') is shown. However, in the Versions tab, I see the 2.6-2.1-i586 version the Mono 2.6 in the OBS. All the 2.0.1-1.21.1 packages are the same. I can select the 2.6-2.1-i586 in the version tab. But I have not updated to it, as I don't want to mess things up. Factory and the 2.6 repository are both at the default priority, as are all my repositories, except the original install, which are at 100. This is the default. I tried setting the 2.6 repos to a priority of 98, but that made no difference. What am I doing wrong? The main reason I am looking into this is that I have a C# app that uses Windows.Forms, and I want to see how far I can get with the application in Mono, which claims to support SWF versions 1.0 and 2.0. -- Roger Oberholtzer OPQ Systems / Ramböll RST Ramböll Sverige AB Krukmakargatan 21 P.O.
